Holland Park Villas is located in one of the most exclusive residential districts in London. Following the grant of planning consent, Tamiko was engaged to develop the entire flat mix strategy and interior architectural layouts for all apartments, significantly enhancing the approved scheme, optimising the use of space and circulation, and maximising natural light throughout, thereby delivering additional value to the property for the client. The design was subsequently implemented by the delivery architect.
